A Ifw 505 or 510 which has been damaged by a horse on one side panel? I think the whole panel needs replaced but I only want the axle off it for my sinclair trailer (if it'll fit) I haven't been to view and this isn't a advert. i'm interested to know how much a damaged trailer would go for and do people buy the body if its going cheap enough? Thanks and homemade fish and chilli chips for all who reply :-)

I would be inclined to have the Ifor repaired as i feel they are a better trailer than sinclair. It will prob still make a fair bit as you can get the side panels replaced easily.

I'd also say it would depend on the age of the trailer, regardless of the damage, if it is a fairly new one in good condition (forgetting about the damage) then obviously it would still be worth more than an older trailer. Ifor williams hold their value, however I agree with the above poster, I'd be more inclined to take it to an ifor williams dealer and get a proper IW panel put on instead of a DIY job.

Thanks for your replies I dont want to keep the ifor as have spent money doing up the sinclair as the pay load is better and it weighs less. I really only need axles but to buy them its nearly 600 and i'm hoping to get the ifor cheaper.
