I pay £30 for YO to do it. That is for everything head to hoof! I think anything more is a bit much but then prices do seem to vary throughout the country.

i voted 35, i would actually think thats quite a bit for someone to clip a horse, i mean if u judge it by the hour and general running costs i would have thought it was quite a bit!

Depends on the following:

Size of horse.
Legs off.
Whole head/half head or just whiskers (thinking head shy horses here)
Distance travelled - though really that should be an add on.

Didnt vote, I charge £20 a time for anything. Charging anything more for half an hours work is wrong and im surprised people pay it. At £10 an hour a full clip is £5 worth, plus travelling expenses - £20 more than covers it. The rest is danger money, and seeing as blankets/trace are more fiddly it more than evens itself out.
