How much would you pay?

How much would you pay a week for a DIY livery yard? With no arena but plenty of fields to ride in and a field with jumps and a bridleway somewhat close to the yard there's 9 new stables
With built in water, a locked and alarmed tack room for saddle and bridle and feed room. Hay and shavings included with year round turnout and horse could be fed once or twice a week the stables yard also has a camera but on a farm though only has some cattle in a few fields. It's also only 30 minutes from Belfast

No idea as I'm totally out of the loop. The lack of an all weather surface could be an issue for those that want to ride on those dark winter nights. But potentially sounds like a nice place.

I think it makes more sense to charge a set rate for the base DIY livery stuff (stable, year round turnout, water, electric, storage, etc.), and then charge extra per week for whatever hay and shavings are used by each livery. So, for what you've described, probably about £25 per week, plus cost of hay and shavings.
