how much-yard and fields this time in SE??

How much would you pay for 6 stables, 12 acres, sandschool (needs attention but LL has said will do) in Kent..ok hacking I think ..its on a private house, gated entrance and good security but not really suitable for someone to run a yard from, more for a person with more than one of their own horses.??

I could not comment on kent but where I live in Staffordshire Id say 120-130k
