£20 a week on a private yard with 3 other horses. About 10-20 acres of fields.
Woods to ride in.
Nice sandschool
Round pen
Great hacking (nice quiet roads) and bridle path a few yards down.
All repairs included
I get a nice stable with a room at the back of it for all my stuff. 24/7 turnout in the summer and daytime turnout in the winter. Fields are huge but grass not fantastic. And we have lots of mud.
I can pay and extra £1.50 per day for my horse to be turned out for me which includes rug change.
Floodlit outdoor menage, which is not the best but ok. And lots of jumps. Good hacking, and a secure yard with YO living there and its locked up at night.
Full livery on my yard is £75 per week. Everything is included except for horse being ridden, this costs £5 to be hacked out, £10 to be schooled. Facilities include all-weather menage and horsewalker. Turnout is quite limited and local hacking is atrocious!
£130 a month for:
floodlite arena (all weather, never floods)
lorry parking
stable
own turnout paddock
Then i pay £1 per large haynet on top of that. It works out around £320 a month for both mine including haylage. I spend around £30 a month on shavings, so £350 a month including shavings aswell
wow, PG, that is so cheap! I spend all that on just the one horse!
for one horse-
£215 DIY livery for one month ( turnout, large stables, full size indoor arena, jumps, hacking )
second horse has to rough it at home, where there is no grass and crap small stable, but gets adlib hay.
And god knows how much for all the other things, I cant even bear to think about it, but stupid amounts of money.
DIY - £100 per month incl 24/7 turnout in summer and daytime turnout in winter - all weather floodlit menage - lunge school .

Nice roomy stables in american barn but no drainage

Fencing falling down (we have had to put electric fence around the inside of our field.)
Bonfire lit in my horse's field yesterday morning
YO when confronted said he would'nt go near it, he's dippy and walked straight up to it so I fenced it off.
Brand new 60 x 30 arena (not been allowed to use it yet though so it's been sat there for 2 weeks whilst we school in field
)
Has got lights which YO has put on a meter
Locked tack room but YO husband has tendency to leave it unlocked throughout the day
Toilet
Not all fields have got automatic water troughs
Some storage for hay/feed but would'nt be enough if there were 5 liveries as it is 3 of us have 5 horses between us.

Although moving in the spring as just bought own land so if anyone is interested in this please PM me as I'd love to find the owner some liveries after i've gone. she is an elderly lady who was taken advantage of loads before we moved in (has over £500 still owing in outstanding livery from previous tenants!).
