How much do you think he is going to cost ?
17.1hh Handsome Bay Warmblood Gelding, 7 years old. This lovely gentleman has a wonderful temperament, and three elastic paces. He happily jumps 1.20m and will excel in eventing or pure dressage. He is under-used in his present home and needs a home where he can fulfill his potential. He is truly gifted and deserves the opportunity to excel. Good to box, shoe, clip, and handle in every way. Loves to be loved!

Competition records? Breeding? Photo? Conformation? etc Is that jumping under saddle or free jumping? Hacking?

Without that info, I'd say maybe around 4k if he as it is just described there.

Obviously more with competition records/etc

Well I reckon quite a lot if general Scottish prices are anything to go by..not sure if you are buying or selling to be honest!!!

His breeding will be important and what he has done.

Has he won anything - competed well anywhere?

What did you have in mind?

For my money safety is the biggest single issue, he has gotta be sensible, safe and straightforward, no rearing, bucking or plunging about....and good to box, clip and shoe...open to vet and a nice person.

Ditto above - I'd want to know has he got BE/BD points, BSJA winnings, and also his blood lines, to part with more than about 5k. It might sound harsh, but we can all think our horses are potential stars, because we love them. I'm generally a little sceptical of ads where the horse is praised to skies and it says things like "WOULD event", "WOULD" do xyz... Bottom line, if you want more money, you'll need to show good competition records or exceptional breeding potential (not applicable in this case as he's a gelding). Good luck!
