would you charge someone to keep their pony on your land (grass livery only)
Also I would want them to sign something to say its at their own risk, I will hold no responsibility if it gets injured on my land and also any damage must be repaired at their own cost.Wheres the best place to get this?

I didn't charge my lodger anything but she did do some poo picking in return. I am not sure anything that is signed actually holds if you are taking payment from them as you are classed as a livery and as such should have appropriate insurance....I could be wrong though!!
