How Much?

What do you think is a fair wage for someone to :

muck out 4 stables ( all rubber matting with straw bed)
fill up haybars with haylage
refill water buckets
put beds back down

No horses involved at all. Also how long would you expect them to take. Thanks

Thanks. I have someone thats very interested and I know she will do a good job. The reason I ask is because I muck out quite quickly and do it as though im on a mission and I want to be fair in what I pay her.
