well mum has found a potential buyer for my hunting pony, but we havent even thought about figures yet. not expecting him to be worth much as we didnt pay much for him in the first place, but anyway:

14.2hh dark/liver chestnut gelding 8 years. Hunted nearly every saterday this season, brilliant manners, great with hounds, jumps anything, goes first or last, will turn away from the field and go in the opposite direction alone, jumped 5 bar gate and hedges. great in any traffic, good in stable, loads, clips (except ears), farrier etc. has won in excess of £300 BSJA, but occasionally bucks when showjumping, but getting better. flatwork is improving, is ridden in a snaffle but hunted in gag.
also fab x-country, would make good tetrathlon pony. nothing phases him on a xcountry course. he has also successfully team chased.
however he is NOT a novice ride, as can get fizzy when schooling and showjumping, but fine once he is in an open space. pics in sig.

obviously not expecting him to be worth much, cant think of anything else to put about him, except he isnt the sort to cuddle but he would never kick/bite.

any comments very welcome

I think to a competent rider he'd be worth more than you think. Especially as a small adult could hunt him. Prices have really gone up though.

I would hazard a guess at about 3k?

i dont really know but woman at our yard just bought one like this for bout £5000 definetly sounds worth that much! just make sure they know exactly what there buying
