This should really be in new lounge, ut seeing as I am answering anyway, The 2005 season I did with a 14.2 conn x tb and I kept my weight down to below 10stone, but it really depends on how you ride I would say 91/2 to 10stone max really. Also having done a major diet through the course of a season, it is amazing how much your times improve when you are 2 stone lighter! Have a think!
