Hi

I am about to open my new yard in Hampshire and I am wondering how much I should charge for part livery? We have a floodlit rubber/sand menage, brand new 12x12 stables, all post and rail fencing and local hacking on common land. What sort of prices should I be charging?
 
Hi for part livery I would be feeding, turning out, bringing in,mucking out,grooming,changing rugs every day. The price I charge I want to include x1 shaving a week and basic feed and hay.
 
I had part livery just as you had described but without the feed for £70 a week (when I was living in Devon) but we also had two arenas one indoor 50x 25m and one outdoor that was 70m x 30m, so I guess it all equals out. Here in Essex part livery varies form £60 per week (no grooming or feed) to £90 per week for everything you describe. I have to admit though I dont usually find grooming included with part livery as you are not riding the horse.
 
Where I am currently I tend to do grooming as well as often the owners dont come up every day and if the horse is all muddy etc it not nice for them to stay like that.
 
Hi, where abouts are you as I'm currently looking for a short term part livery place in north hampshire (4 - 6 months). Most places around here seem to charge £350-400 a month. When do you open as I'm hoping to move asap.
