I am such a cynic
That ad is asking for heartbreak! Anyone can line up adoring children/perfect stabling/grazing for an inspection and still sell on the next week, move etc. I've had it done with me and a horse I loaned out complete with inspection, references and contract, a woman "loaned" FIVE horses and shortly afterwards vanished into thin air, none of us ever found our horses.
I very much hope that she is found a lovely home as she looks a good sort, but if money was no object, personally I would rather loan her out and have a say in her future.
