Everyday

I picked every time i ride, but its usually a pick out of the feet, and brush the areas my tack go, unless they're really dirty, but generally, they're good little poines!

i brush her before and after i ride
and when she comes in she has her feet picked out
and sometimes shes brushed then; and sometimes she even has her feet picked out and a brush before shes turned out :L:L

i picked everyday, i've only had him a week or so, so good way to get to know him

my vetern thats retired gets groomed every week
and my other horse who's retired to the field gets a good groom every 7-10 days (currently being roughed off)

My filly doesn't get groomed at all between shows (that would be three times this year then...) but she gets checked over daily.

My mare gets a stiff brush over when shes ridden.

In winter that changes though - the filly still gets left to stay greasy & waterproof, but once my mare is clipped she gets bodybrushed twice a day.

Depends really. I pick out feet and groom everyday usually but its more of a flick off than a proper groom. Unless she is really dirty which is rare. Also once or twice a week i'll spend longer grooming which may include a bath every 3-4weeks apart from winter. .

I put everyday, and I groom before and after I ride, I really love grooming and spending time with George, one of my greatest pleasures - oh dear does that make me sound weird?!

does not sound wierd there is nothing my horse likes better than a good scrub and hes roughed off living out 24/7 loves his nuzzler under his belly and between his front legs a happy horse is a healthy horse and boy is he happy

Have put every day, but tend not to do too much in the winter unless I'm riding - horse is very fine skinned and hates being without her rugs when it's cold! Alwayts pick out feet, do mane and tail etc tho.
We're showing at the mo so she has to look immaculate and she gets at the very least a flick over every day. I also use lots of lotions and potions - coat gloss, Tailgator mane and tail conditioner, effol on her feet every day.
She's on indiv turnout so loves a scratch and a brush, plus I think it keeps them civilised and nice to be handled a lot.
The two guys who run the yard thought their horses were high maintenance till I moved in
