my OH gave me £200 for a new pair of riding boot so i picked the mountain horse venice boot got on the net as i order more or less all my horsey gear from clothes tack to rugs off there so i rang a shop that has a site and they said oh il check if we have your size and ring you back that was 12 oclock yesterday helloooo im still waiting lol but now iv thought well i wont even go on that web site to even look .let alone take time to place an order
 
Not being funny but did you definitely give them your number? And if I were you I would call them again. Working in a shop myself I know it is easy to get distracted with the customers in front of you and forget to call back, never intentionally.

have had same number for the last 8 years so i know it off by heart they probably dont have my size is what i thinking
 
I would def ring them again. As others said, when taking a message and in a busy shop etc, it's easy to transpose numbers. Ring them again and just say you had been waiting for them to ring back, have they got what you want or not.
 
But it's very easy to write a number down wrong at the other end.

or for another staff member to discard it by mistake. I dont see what the fuss is about, why not just call back. Having previously worked in retail I assume the staff will have ALOT of other customers to deal with as it the run up to xmas!
