We are hoping to go away for a few days to a caravan park or chalet with activities on site. I would like to take the dogs but how safe would they be left whilst we do the activities?

Most places we have been have have a condition that you're not allowed to leave them unattended

Where are you going to leave them. They should be ok in caravan as long as they don't wreck the place

After reading into it a bit further it does stipulate that dogs are not to be left unattended

My friend used to take her whippet many places without a problem. She had a crate for it and most places were entirely happy for it to be left alone in the crate at the place when she went out.
Note though that it never ever barked when alone, which would annoy others staying in the same place. You would also have to check that the place you left it stayed cool enough for the day.
