Not very if my local one is anything to go by. Always been impressed by them.... until one of their staff grabbed a bale of hay stacked on an open freaking sack of lime (good couple of inches into the bag) and chucked to horse
No one there will be touching any of mine again. Bloody annoying as have defended them against two people who have moved their horses to other vets after problems with vets and other staff recently.
