How soon can I apply mud fever barrier spray after using frontline for mites?

Hi, Ive recently treated my horse with frontline as he kept nibbling his feet.
The field he is now in is really muddy and water logged, I dont want him to get mud fever..how many days do i have to leave it before i can put on the mud barrier spray?
