Just thought I would advise all fellow H&H users NOT to do what I have stupidly done out of sheer stubborness!
I tweaked my lower back at the weekend and it has been hurting...on Sunday I could not pick out my horses feet because my back would not take it, so first thing Monday I booked into my physio to get it sorted (booked for Thurs am).
So I decide this morning to ride as usual, take some painkillers and off we go. It was hurting but what the hey...so what happens...yes you guessed it...he spooks to the side twisting me in the saddle and something makes an awful ping in my back and hurts like hell
Get off at end of hack and I have made a right mess of my back...I lucklily work from home but I can hardly move away from my desk to walk, get up or bend...please do not do this...it hurts and is stupid...the horse would have waited another 2 days to be ridden...I am so cross with myself...it is really going to hurt on Thurs now
