brushin boots be???? i get worried about puttin them on to tight, but when i got back from my ride the other day, they had slippeds down a bit they have done this before, which i am sure will really annoy her when we're out

so was just wonderin how tight the should be??

also what about over reach boots, abbys old owner sent some up which have clearly been used alot and she could do with wearin them how tightly should they be fitted??
 
I do them up and gently try and move them up/down, and they do not move...if that makes any sense? Not as tight as poss, tight enough to fit snug (good word I think - snug) but not loose and gappy obviously.
