how to encourage horse to work more from behind?

Lots of half halts and work on a circle.

check your tack etc fits properly and your horse is comfortable. pole work, transitions, soft contact.

As others have said make sure your tack fits and is not hindering your horse in any way and then lots of poles, transitions ect. however i would suggest finding an instructor to help you with this if your not of how to do it by yourself
