How to find out what temperament a stallion's offspring has?

Am planning to AI my mare this year, not made a final decision on stallion yet but most likely will be one of the German or Dutch ones so will not be able to see the stallion.

What is the best way to find out what sort of temperament a stallion passes on, I have tried googling it but all I get is competition results and prices the foals sell for...??

Which stallions are looking at? You can almost guarantee there'll be someone on here who either has a horse by them, or has worked with such a horse.
