how to fit martingale to SADDLE COMPANY ANATOMICAL FORWARD GIRTH

I am going to purchase this saddle company girth to go with my saddle company saddle.

I was just wondering how one would attach a normal style martingale to this sort of girth.

I know people that use the climbing snap clips, the proper ones not the cheap key ring things.

You can also buy martingale with a clip attachment, I think shires do one.

Or what most people do is fit the martingale as normal. I think the ring is mostly there for training aids, draw reins that sort of thing to enable you take them off without undoing the girth

I just put it on the same as you would with a normal girth you just have to make the loop bigger to fit over the wide bit.

I use a parrot clip...one end on the martingale and the opening clip end on the ring on the girth.. I wouldn't extend the martingale strap to go over the girth as it could rub horses girth area.. Look on eBay for the clips.. They are quite secure and smart
