How to get rid of a splint?

How can i get rid of a splint on a 3 year old? I have tried Splintex and my vets made a potion for me to put on his leg but nothing seems to work!

Any ideas?

You can't!

Although a lot will reduce in size / go down naturally over time, especially ones that come up in youngsters.

ahhh my vet made me up a potion which i had to apply with a tiny paint brush and it worked a treat
