Do any savvy gardener types know the best way to remove foxglove? I've just had a load pop up in my field and I want to get rid of it before the horses try their luck with it. From my googling it seems to be quite tricky to remove as its v poisonous - even just breathing the spores in can produce a bad reaction. Would one of those Fisker weed puller things work on it? I want to keep as far away from it as possible really!

i would dig them out with some gloves. did this recently and put them in my garden - i actually like them in my garden! no probs re reactions etc but prefer not to have then in the horses fields.

Similar to above , just got a trowel and moved them all to the garden. No adverse reactions. Think the chemicals in foxglove are used in human drugs (good ones not illegal ones) so can't be too bad.
