How to get rid of hay?

I have 27 bales of hay from last year - small square bales that is not suitable for my horse to eat...it is pretty dusty and does not smell fresh...and is fairly corse stuff. I need to get rid of it before the summer as I have 100 bales of good hay coming before then and only have a spare stable to store it in.
Any ideas on how I could dispose of it? Is it worth advertising as foc cow hay?

Whereabouts are you?
I'll have it for cows if anywhere near me, we are getting short on bovine forage and there isn't much on the ground to keep them going...

I had the same problem, and my local farmer took it for his cattle.
