How to know if my old wintec saddle has easy change gullet

as in the title. was bought approximately 7 years ago and I'm 90% sure is a wintec 250 but could be a 500. Also did they ever do a high wither range as i though it was a high wither saddle but i cant find any in that brand now so maybe not.

Look under the pommel. There will be two large screws, one on either side. Once unscrewed you'll be able to pull the lining away, it's attached with Velcro, so you can access the gullet plate.
