Probably a numpty question
Which part of the bit do you measure to measure the bit width - not length... When they say a bit is 16mm or 18mm, but the bit is wider at the bit rings then tapers to a lozenge in the middle. Which part would you measure to check whether it was 16mm or 18mm?
