How to Place a For Sale Ad in Horse Section of H & H

I've never found a website so hard to find my way round, been to the classifieds section, then to horses for sale, and I CANNOT find a "button" which says place ad ? surely I cannot be that thick, no wonder people resort to advertising in New Lounge !

Can someone help please ?
