How to post pictures!

Hi all I want to post a comp report in competition riders but have no idea how to post my pictures!

they are saved onto my computer and I know I need the url but how do I get this,
I cant remember how i posted my last lot!

I upload mine from my computer to photobucket, then copy&paste the IMG code into the forum reply box.
