Some of you may have seen my post on here not so long ago about losing my beloved pony.
I've been offered a new pony who i've absolutely fallen in love with, however he's about £150 over budget. I really like him but need to find that extra cash! Any ideas on raing the money??

Do you know the pony's owners? maybe you could come to an agreement, pay what you can now then pay the rest next time you get paid? maybe make a contract, or pay weekly/monthly with what you can afford?
i dunno, hope its gets sorted :)

I'm out of a job at the moment & have been applying for loads but got no where with them!
Think it will be the ebay option... i'm doing a car boot this weekend, going to rummage around for every valuable item i have & hopefully will raise a bit more toward the horse fund!

£150 over budget???? Haggle!!! or don't get it. If you can't afford it by that little, how ae you going to cope with vet bills? Sorry to be so blunt. I realise you may desperately miss having a pony but it will be worth the wait.

ebay? It shouldn't take long to find £150. Ditto what CBFan said, if it really is such a stretch for the extra £150 (which isn't alot) then can you afford it in the long term? (something could happen the following week and with vet excess, could you manage it?
If you know the people selling him, perhaps they'll consider dropping the price knowing he's going to a good home?!?!
