How to remove poisonous plants from my field

Hi everyone

I have a field that contains hogweed and maybe some ragweed and other poisonous plants, so I was just wondering what some ways are to remove poisonous plants Safely

either dig them out or spray with weedkiller and keep the horses off the field for minimum 3 weeks so that the dead weed has completely broken down.
