I bought a saddle off facebook last week and it arrived today. I was aware that it wasn't perfect but has more wear than I was expecting! It's a kent and masters in havana - do I have to buy specialist equipment or can I get stuff online? And more to the point - what do I use?! I'm quite up for restoring it back to the original glory. I only have some carr and martin saddle soap and can probably borrow some neatsfoot oil. Any help?

Neatsfoot, pure, not compound, should ever only be used very sparingly, on old dry leather. If the colour and surface has come off, not uncommon with more budget leather brands, it's a bit of a specialist job and I too would suggest asking cremedemonthe.
