Ditches without having access to a ditch!
I want to take the new girl hunter trialing in a month, however I haven't taken her Xcountry before and I'm not sure whether she's ever done it!
brave little flower I am... or stupid but I prefer brave!
Anyway she's really nappy so if I can get her moving away from the warm up area then that's half the battle won. I've been round the course twice before with my other girl and it isn't that challenging however it has a coffin in the timed section and having no access to a local xcountry course (or transport) I don't know how she'll react. And it's quite a narrow jump! The bigger one is wider (to aim at!) which i would prefer but I don't want to go round the intermediate! I'm not that brave!
Now don't get me wrong I'm not expecting a cear round or placing but I want to go there with her prepared and not totally daunted!
Any advice? Or am I being over optimistic?
This is the jump! (option on left hand side!)
Not too keen on this one either as is is a drop down, stride (or bounce in beans case) and step back up.
Bigger than it looks!
