How to track down old friends...

Hi everyone,

Just a quick bit of advice/help needed. I'd really like to see if I could track down some horses that I used to work with when I was a groom for a showjumping yard back in 2001/2002. I was just wondering if there is a way to find out if they are still around? I'm not sure how to check if they still have passports etc? A couple of them I know were sold to Germany, typically - these are the ones I would love to track down.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I tried Googling but it didn't get me very far. All I found were old competition results

I'm not really in a position to speak to the showjumper in question anymore, for reasons that I won't go into! Lol.

If it's not possible then that's fine, just wondered....

In that case, it's photos and posts on horsey forums.
Try contacting some german showjumping yards.
