I'm trying to write an advert to sell my six year old thoroughbred gelding, I know the market it hard so I'm trying to write the best advert I can to get interest without Ill informing people

The thing is he has raced be that only twice ( you wouldn't tell now he is so quiet and Lais back, snaffle mouthed and never fast in the slightest) and I know seeing ex racehorse would put a lot of people of straight away to whom my horse would really be suited for , so I was wondering would it be necessary to put ex racer in the advert and to just mention it when/ if I get viewings?
Also he was race trained and owned my Donald McCain, which is swaying me to maybe mention it due to it being a somewhat (good?) background.
What do you guys think just need a bit of help really
:)

Just put 'eligible ROR'
That way, people who are into the showing classes will understand it and so it shouldnt put them off, and anyone who doesn't understand it you can explain in more detail when they ring and ask.

That's exactly what to put.then just word the ad as you would for any other horse.
