How to?

I have a 17h thoroughbred who i have owned for 2 years. He work at a very high level and often gets the ribbons! The problem i have is that he still looks scrawny with no neck and a lack of any muscle, ANY IDEAS
Help!

Equijewel by Kentucky Equine, if all else fails. It is expensive but it put topline on my old boy when I had tried everything else. It is stabalised rice bran so not a feed balancer. It is high calorie but not heating.

Good old fashioned strapping. 20 mins each side three or four times a week..... takes time but really does work!
