This weekend at competitions and what sort did you do?

Bloody show (jumping) was cancelled because of the weather. And the week before was cancelled. Grrr British weather.

I did combined training (Dressage and Showjumping). I technically came 4th but I had to compete HC as my mum asked me 20 mins before the dressage if I wanted to compete instead of her... tried to learn the test in 20 mins but it failed, so she had to call it and I was HC! Also had to wear all her comp stuff, it was not fun... she is two clothes sizes smaller than me...

I forgot my dressage test twice (6 points lost), bit still came 4th. I was trying to work out where i would have come - just extending the agony. My daughter did her test an hour later - 1st go at novice, she came 4th too, although by then pony was cold and fed up, simlpy wouldnt do medium stides. We all wet home cold and wet, wet, wet.

I did a ODE didnt set the world on fire, but certainly wasn't last. We chalked up many new experiences and enjoyed ourselves!
