how would you pay for some foals

im going to buy some friesian foals , and wanting to pick them up next week , now heres the problem the owner wants me to pay the money into her holland bank account , before she goes ahead and does export papers now , i really dont want to incase of her doing a runner with the money etc , how can i protect myself so that i can pay her know

mmm tricky one.
i think you should offer to pay cost of papers not the whole price for foals.
be careful though i exported 6 horses from spain last year and the export papers
actually didnt cost a penny the state vet doesnt charge .
so double check hollands procedure, she may be pulling a fast one.
also papers cannot be done anymore than 48hrs in advance ?
so again warning bells ?
