i have a cob that can be dope on rope at times and other times he is strong, ive come to conclusion he needs a more experienced home as he is only 6 and could be doing a lot more, i just dont have the confidence to do it.

i have hacked, schooled and jumped him so its not like he is a maniac..just that bit too much for me and i would like a been there done that type so i can start doing local shows etc however although others have jumped him high and done this and that, it is me selling him but i cannot show him to potential, i have looked at part exchange but not sure i want the power of who he goes to taken out of my hands

If you are able to walk, trot and canter him in the school, just tell people what you've told us and i don't think you'll struggle to sell him. If you are scared to ride him at all then you either need to enlist/pay a rider who is fairly flexible to show him to people for you or send him on sales livery.

hi what area are you in have a look on the safecobs website i think they are in the sussex area have a look at her blogs and videos very inspiring she speaks alot of sense when it comes to cobs maybe you could pick some tips up i bought my mare a shire x at 8 years old unbacked as been a brood mare i have had her a year now she hacks out great but still green in the school and though not a "proper cob"as a bit to big she still has a make me do it cob attitude they are usually very clever horses who like to do as much as they want to do and can get quite bored in the school why dont you get someone to ride your horse for you like an instructor and tell you what he needs to be brought on or to ride him for you when you sell him and tell the truth because what might be wrong for you will be right for someone else the people i got my mare from felt she had trust issues and to be honest she was a royal pain in the butt when i 1st got her but she is great now and will be even better in a few months
