PMSL think that must be a typo. Have seen the horses passport and its dam is definatly a mare

Talking about the sires parents being Arab and TB!!!

I think that with the dutch warmbloods its not an actual breed as opposed to a sports horse. So if it had proven itself as a sports horse then I think it can be registered as a KWPN. I might be totally wrong here but I think that's what I read. (Currently trying to research the kwpn as my mare is one and I knew NOTHING about breeding before getting her).

So long as the parents are accepted into the KWPN book then it is eligible for KWPN papers. It is not a closed stud book they are a type not a breed as such, a breed would be like a Luso that can only have LUSO parents or a Welsh that can only have Welsh parents; those are closed books.
In the case of a type, the stud books are trying to produce a type for sport and approved offspring from other books are accepted in to the book if they full fill the requirement s for type and are members of accepted books their papers will be overstamped some stallions will have to go through some more testing but on the whole if they have been accepted in one of the books with a full performance test grading then they will be accepted in another book.
So you will see, Holstein, Hannoverians,.... etc in the KWPN book and vice versa. Hofnar is a lovely stallion by the way!
bet thats as clear as mud now

The sire's dam cannot be the arab mare on allbreed, she would have been 32 years old when she foaled him! Someone must have had some fun changing the pedigree on there. Easily done.

You're right, I will ask if I can look at Nadinaa's passport again.
