Reading Twizzels post below just got me to thinking how I've managed to get through the last 8 years without a horse. July 4th it will be 1 year since I bought Che home. I've just got back from a fantastic hack through the fields, beautiful evening and have had such a wonderful, relaxing time with my little superstar that I just can't imagine my life now without him. This time of year just makes you remember why you struggle through the winter. Riding and looking after him is the perfect antedote to day to day stresses, think it should be available on prescription

Pointless post but does anybody else feel the same about their horsey life.

I used to have a really stressful job that sort of took over my life, I would sometimes ride at 9pm at night but all the stresses of work dissapeared when I got on my horse. I have now given up that job to work part-time and spend more time doing horsey things!.....life is too short
