Just wondered what you all thought... she was 11 weeks old on monday!!

she is turning strawberry roan!! Fingers x'd shes not greying out lol I'd rather not have another grey!!!

Hopefully she is going to be my next HW show cob... so I'm hoping she wont b too big!!! lol I tell her everyday she has to make 15.1 and thats it lol

Sorry to give bad news but if she was a roan she'd have been born roan and stay roan. The fact that she is changing colour means that she is grey. Sorry

update....She is turning GREYER by the day :eek so am i thinking about having another grey to keep clean!!!!!! lol

Was Dad grey? If not she won't turn grey as a grey has to have at least one grey parent.
Someone else may be able to explain better.

Oh well if she's going to be a boring grey then you definately need to package her up and post her to me. Honestly it's fine I don't mind and I'll cope with a grey...my lad is brown so 1 grey won't hurt me.

no dad is liver chestnut!!! (Hillviewfarm Trevelyan) mum is blue roan and white but mostly grey so does that count!!! lol I will love her the same whatever colour she turns out to be

BTW....my arab was born bay....his dad was chestnut and his mum was grey....he now has a white head and a roany bum.

Hmm...I said I would never have another grey, better stock up on stain remover...I'l go halves with you

Dad is absolutely amazing!!!! And mum is just my type!! No wander you got such a stunning baby. I've been looking for a foal to buy for the last couple of years and all joking aside yours is the first one I've seen that I would throw all sense aside for a spend alot of money on!! I'm going to the auctions next thursday so fingers crossed I'll find a chunky baby there but I'll keep stalking you!!

awh realli!!!! they are both my babies and i wouldnt let either of them go no matter what!!! good luck at the auctions hope u find something!! Fingers x'd! I've had mum for i think 7 years since she was a 3yo and i love her soooooo much!!!

She got the grey gene from Mum. Mum is a grey and white skewbald and her darker patches will grey out over time. Both Mum and baby look like they have the sabino gene too.

Some grey out slow and some grey out fast. My filly already had grey around her eyes when she was born, so she was going grey in the womb!
