I like him - always have a soft spot for ginger ones! I certainly don't think there is anything wrong with is weight. From the photo it looks like he is much higher in front than behind, and this makes him look very short in the back? Yes mane too long but that's a personal choice thing. Sweet little man - what does he do with you? x

i thought his neck looked a bit long for him, but wasnt sure and definitely high withers. i pulled his mane a little bit jst to tidy it up, but as he lives out 24/7 i prefer him to hve as much hair as he can grow!! prob pull it more over the next few weeks ready for summer. he is a super boy. he's jst a well loved family pet. my kids adore him, my eldest is learning to ride him and cant wait to start jumping. he needs to learn to keep him under control first tho!! i hack him and have just started jumping. he's an old hand at jumping, i'm returning to it after yrs off! and oh boy, is he fast! he's one of these that seems to be fit no matter what he does. always raring to go and i can honestly say, he absolutely loves to be ridden. glad u think his weight is ok, he lost a bit during winter.
