HS1 hats - covers? Help!!

Hubby bought a Gatehouse HS1 skid lid but we cant seem to find a cover big enough for it! Does anyone have one of these hats? and what type of cover are you using?

Yup i've got one, havent had any trouble getting a cover to fit it though

(and i have a big head!)
My xc silk fit on it as does my black one x

We all have them at work - and I actually found that covers from my previous hats were too small for it!! Even though I still wear the same size hat! Weird!
