I've just put tons in the loft...we moved house and hubby didn't want to throw my old horsey toys away lol. I'll have to get up there and have a look but I'm afraid it won't be til Saturday when I get a new ladder!

me&Harvey - I also cut the manes off most of mine :p I had 'wild' and 'broken' ones. I left the manes on the wild ones XD

sitch - I have most of them ^^ but I like to have duplicates. When they stopped the magazine, I wrote to the then and asked why, they said sorry and sent me a little shetland model!!

BoolavogueDC - They still make them, but they're awful now. They're solid colours with no markings and the plastic quality has gone downhill dramatically!

I used to collect model horses, I really didn't like MBH's though! I used to collect Julips and Equorums, and some Breyers too. I went off them though and brought a real horse :D I do have a mini Bella though, it's a customized Breyer Stablemate :)

The MBH's are quite hard to customize as they're a weird kind of plastic, i'd go for a Breyer Stablemate or Paddock Pal if you wanted to do a custom. I know lots of people who collect model horses from when was into it, and a lot of them customize their own so if you wanted any tips I know a few people who could help you :)

It's weird, I find MBH's the easiest to customise! I have a ton of duplicates and they've all got stars or socks now XD hehe! I just need a My Little Pony custom, then I'll have a whole set of Neds...sad, but I don't have my own yet, so I still have a little bit of spare time (too much, haha)
