They have been absolutely fabulous from beginning to end of my claim for Micah's PSD. They have paid everyone direct and fast
Then Wednesday I sent a claim in for LOU (as we don't meet the BEVA guidelines for euthanasia) but also explained that vet and I had decided it was kinder to PTS.
Thursday they rang to say how sorry they were and would deal with it asap
They just rang and said claim was successful
The only one thing was that because when he went to liverpool he was lame on RF & RH all money was spent on RH and they said if it was the same thing in the RF they would class it as the same claim even though it was front leg. hey ho I guess with the amounts they have to pay out that was fair enough
Unfortunately this is about the 8th big claim I have made in the last 11 years for vet fees mainly for my old horse and I have NEVER had even a minor problem
I am thinking they will black list me in future
