Following on from the "how often do you get your back done", I realised that I have been meaning to get mine looked at for the best part of a year.
Trouble is, I work in London during the week, and they all seem to be so bl**dy expensive! I think the one I looked at was about £100 a session. Considering I pay £40 for my ned, it seems a little extreme?!
Can someone either recommend me a suitable back person (I'm not sure if physio, chiro or osteo is better?) in London that doesn't charge through the nose or tell me that £100 is perfectly reasonable and will be money well spent.
ETS: I spend the weekends on the wilts/hants border so if anyone knows someone round there who takes weekend appointments, that would be great.
