rescue remedy is supposed to be very good - and a lavender bath always balances the mind if you can have one the night before - I totally reccommend LUSH

fabulous! This is exactly why I am asking, I have not mastered the driving test due to nerves and it really bugs me as I have no problem driving normally and I so need to pass the test soon to get to the stables independently!!! will try this out.

vodka - i had one before i did my test at the BYRDS nationals............(made my mum go and get me one from the all day bar as i was properly stressing out!!) Didnt do me anyharm and felt much better after it, but horse was naughty - at least i didnt fall off!!

Here, here, couldn't live without the stuff! Do wonder how much you need to over-dose on it though because I never stick to the recommended few sprays!
