i have really bad knee and ankle joints due to the amount of high-impact sports i do ie. riding and netball. I used cortaflex for a week but i couldn't stand the taste of it and gave up on it.
sorry not much help though!!!

what cortaflex where you taking?????????? it comes in tablets!!!! you cant taste anything.

I have arthritis in both knees (and im only 23) i was getting stiff, my knees were constantly filling with fluid which i was having to have drained off all the time. i started taking the normal cortaflex pills ad in about 2 weeks i wasnt stiff anymore, my knees havent filled with fluid since i started them which is nearly a year ago now, and i can carry on like normal with no pain at all. I ran out for about a week a while ago and my knees started playing up again, so it proves they work really well. Definately worth the money.

I have been having the capsules for about 3 weeks and I haven`t noticed a difference but I only suffer with occasional back pain. So I can`t really say yes or no. I`ve also missed a couple of days here and there.
