It is vile and have seen the story before a while ago in another newspaper online ( think I may have commented on it too, cannot remember). But yes this is sick. A totally unnecessary and cruel act imho !

I am sure there was a documentary about this years ago or perhaps it was another country they would have 2 stallions and tease them with an in season mare then let the stallions fight to the death or bloody close to..

It made me sick then and still does now, But what can you expect from a race that skin Cats alive and think Tiger penis will make you strong... Absolutely sickening but nothing appears to ever get done
 
I saw this picture today in The Sun (and I don't even read it I was shown by a colleague at work) It disgusts me that this is printed in a popular papar yet doesn't seemed to have appalled the nation enough for it to be on the news along with the skinning of live alsations in china for their coats! Why are our riders competing in the olympics in a country that lets this barbaric 'sport' go on?! I think in light of this they should pull out along with our other athletes.

That is truly disturbing. China doesn't have a good reputation really when you think about it - with all their chinese medicine (including bear bile which has to be one of the most barbaric practices) and cat and dog fur, which, until not long ago was legal to import to the UK. So really, I'm not surprised. Totally unacceptable.
